All items are in stock and are dispatched within 1 business day as soon as we received a clear payment. On some items, if ordered before 2pm we dispatch same working day.
UK Delivery – Royal Mail 2st Class & 2st Class Recorded. – Normally 2 - 3 working days, but not guaranteed. Different Location Cost you different time.
Europe & Ireland– Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 8 working days, but not guaranteed. Different Country and different Location Cost you different time.
Combined shipping postage discount is only eligible for the buyer who purchased more than 5 products within 3 days via combined payment.
We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address.
Item you paid will be dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide local pick-up service or any purchase via post at this moment. All items will be shipped by our designated shipping company.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
No credit card data is stored or transmitted on or with any of our systems.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If your item has an issue, please submit a ticket to our Support Centre indicated the following details
- 1.Please tell us your order number and product code, explain the issue with your item details, including the cause and date of the issue.
- 2.Please tell us what actions you have already taken to resolve the issue.
- 3.Please send us clear pictures or video of the defects (under 2MB) in good lighting of both the product and outer packaging.
Please kindly follow the instructions given the RMA/ warranty process above. Only defective items can be returned for a full compensation
1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Shipping fees to return the item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
2.If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 30 day period for an exchange or a partial refund. You have to cover the shipping cost both ways. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Newtech cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Newtech may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Newtech reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.
Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer.
Newtech is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by Newtech.
We don’t provide physical viewing for our products, we are happy to send any additional photos if that is requested.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Customer is responsible for updating the correct information to avoid sending to wrong address or wrong person, we also provide VAT invoices for all VAT registered business in EU, make sure you provide a valid VAT number under your account details.
